Castledown
Business Centre is located between Ludgershall and
Tidworth on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border -
approximately 9 miles from Andover, 15 miles from
Marlborough and 16 miles from Salisbury. It is easily
accessible from the A303, A342 and A338.
The
business centre is the first phase of an exciting new
South West Regional Development Agency (SWRDA) and
Wiltshire Council development to help support and
diversify the local economy.

units – B1, B2 and B8 usage (office, light
industrial, distribution/storage) - as well as a
comprehensive package of business support. The 21
units (27,500 sq ft in total) range from 550 to 3,215
sq ft.
The Castledown
project is managed by a Strategy Board comprising
Wiltshire Council, Tidworth and District Chambers of
Commerce, South West Regional Development Agency, 43
Wessex Brigade, Tidworth Development Trust, Wiltshire
College, GWE Business West, Business Link and the
Local Economic Partnership.
